Jacek Kolan

Jacek Kolan was appointed Senior Vice-President Global Procurement & SCM in January 2023, and in May 2024 he became a member of the General Executive Committee.  

Prior to his tenure at AMMEGA Group, Jacek spent 24 years working for ZF Friedrichshafen, one of the biggest suppliers to automotive industry, where he held various local and global roles of increasing responsibilities in the area of quality, continuous improvement, operations and procurement.  

His most recent role at ZF, prior to joining AMMEGA Group, was Vice President Materials Management, Supply Chain Management and Operations Excellence for Global Passive Safety Division, where he was also serving as a member of Division Management Committee and member of Materials Management Executive Team for ZF Group.  

Jacek Kolan holds a Master’s degree in Metal Forming Processes from the Academy of Mining and Metallurgy in Kraków, Poland. He also holds a Master’s degree in Material Engineering from the Technical University of Częstochowa.
