Emil Słaboń was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the AMMEGA Group in July 2025, Since 2024, he has been a member of the Group Executive Committee. Previously, he was Vice-President – Global Head of Operations (Product Line PT) and Vice-President – Global Head of Operational Excellence.
Prior to joining the AMMEGA Group, Emil served as Vice-President Global Head of Manufacturing Engineering at HELLA in Lippstadt, Germany.
Prior to his tenure at HELLA, he served as Managing Director of the ZF TRW Bielsko-Biała and Czechowice-Dziedzice plants in Poland. Emil Słaboń joined the automotive supplier in 2004, first serving as a Process Engineer.
Emil holds an EMBA degree in Business Administration from ESSEC and Mannheim Business School and a Master’s degree in Automation from AGH University of Kraków, Poland.
