What can you report
You can report any concern related to misconduct, unethical behaviour, or violations of our Code of Conduct.
Fraud
Deliberate deception intended to secure unfair or unlawful gain, such as falsifying records or misusing company assets.
Legal Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards relevant to AMMEGA’s operations.
Health, Safety & Environmental Hazards
Actions or negligence that put employees, communities, or the environment at risk through unsafe practices or violations of safety protocols.
Unethical Behavior
Improper or dishonest actions that go against AMMEGA’s Code of Conduct, such as conflicts of interest or abuse of power.
Harassment, Intimidation or Discrimination
Any form of inappropriate, threatening, or unfair treatment based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics.
How to report a concern
You can raise concerns through normal internal channels or directly via the SpeakUp® platform. Choose the route that feels safest and most appropriate for your situation.

How to report a concern
Where possible, start by speaking with your line manager, HR contact or the Chief Compliance Officer. Third-party stakeholders (such as suppliers or contractors) can speak with their AMMEGA business contact.

If you cannot use normal channels, or your concern is not resolved, submit a report via the independent SpeakUp® platform. Anonymous reporting is available in your native language.

Share clear, factual information
Describe what happened, where and when it took place, and who was involved. The more precise your information, the easier it is to investigate and follow up.

Investigation, feedback & protection
Your report is reviewed by the CEO, Chief Compliance Officer and CHRO, and assigned to the appropriate team for investigation. You will receive a general update on the outcome, and AMMEGA guarantees no retaliation for reports made in good faith. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the CEO or submit another report through SpeakUp®.
