Building an organisational culture is not only the role of HR
Jermaine joined AMMEGA in March 2021. He took a leadership role in creating and managing our Texas facility’s Quality Assurance, Safety department. He is responsible for ensuring optimum quality and implementing company quality standards.
In January 2023, Jermaine joined the AMMEGA Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. He shares his philosophy that an organisation is only as good as its culture is, and building that culture is not only the role of HR. Understanding his responsibilities and our company’s values, Jermaine works to keep an open dialogue between our teams and global departments to identify commonalities. He approaches a consistent inclusive work environment.
He’s a father to Jayden, with whom he spends all his free time having fun and discovering the world while instilling the most important values for a better future. He attends the Grace Creek church, where he has been a small group leader and is passionate about ministry.
