Janusz

Janusz is an experienced product manager working in the conveyor belting division in Poland. In addition to his professional role, he actively volunteers his time to educate children and promote the values of AMMEGA beyond the company’s boundaries. One remarkable example of his involvement is his participation as a presenter in the series “What Your Parents Do at Work” at a local kindergarten.

He captivated the children’s attention by sharing his insights and experiences within AMMEGA. He emphasised belts’ importance and diverse applications while highlighting workplace safety measures to prevent hazards. To engage the young audience, he organised small contests, posing questions about the everyday presence of AMMEGA belts and the items that can be transported using them. Notably, when asked about the most crucial aspect of daily life, Janusz received unanimous responses highlighting the significance of safety.

Janusz’s commitment to educating children and promoting AMMEGA values shines through his engaging presentations. He recognises that building awareness from an early age is invaluable, instilling an understanding of sustainability in business and its impact.
