The years of experience matter at AMMEGA

Ichi joined the Skokie belting company more than 55 years ago when it wasn’t owned by AMMEGA. When he started his job, the owner was Ammeraal Beltech, the company acquired by AMMEGA in 2018. Since the beginning, Ichi has held crucial roles and handled many responsibilities, including sewing, coating, fabricating, and installing belts and supervising maintenance. In early November 2022, he honoured an exceptional employee achievement. Belt Technician, Ichi Miyazaki, celebrated his 55th anniversary of employment.

Ichi is one of many employees within our organisation who has shared their experience with young talents for many years. His workplace wisdom, patience and collaborative nature are great attitude that accompanies youth staff while making the first steps in conveyor belting production.
