Frank Crespo most recently served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer for Indigo, a leading agriculture company that is using microbiology and technology to improve sustainability, profits for growers and consumer health. Indigo has been recognized by CNBC's annual Disruptor 50 as the #1 (2019) and #3 (2020) and #14 (2021) private venture-backed companies transforming the economy and the way we live.

Formerly, Frank was the Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer for Caterpillar Inc. and was responsible for leading Caterpillar's procurement and logistics functions, ensuring a lean and responsive global supply network for products, parts and services delivered to Caterpillar facilities and the company's dealer network. The global transformation effort led to being recognized as one of the Top 25 Supply Chain organizations in the world three consecutive years.

Prior to joining Caterpillar in August 2010, Frank worked at Honeywell International, Inc., where he was Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer; Linde (previously Praxair) where he led the globalization of the Semiconductor/High Tech market vertical business and was their Chief Procurement Officer prior to that role; and top leadership roles at Texas Instruments and Hewlett-Packard.  His experience in Supply Chain organizational and capabilities transformation is unparalleled across a breadth of industries.  His leadership has led to direct improvements in customer satisfaction, leveraging technology, financial performance, driving supplier alliance relationships and building and delivering people excellence within his organizations.

Frank also serves in various professional leadership and community service roles:

Gary Hill is the Founder & Principal Consultant of Genesis Technology Advisors, a technology advisory and consulting firm in Atlanta, Georgia. With over three decades of experience driving technology change within a large enterprise, Gary’s primary goal is to accelerate his client’s business and technology transformation initiatives.

Prior to founding Genesis Technology Advisors, Gary served in multiple technology leadership roles at Georgia-Pacific, one of the world’s largest private consumer goods manufacturers. In his role as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), he led the transformation of the security program into a business-focused risk reduction model. As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), he was a change agent with company leadership to demonstrate what’s possible with technology to transform the business.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in information systems from Henderson State University and completed the UCLA Anderson School of Management IT Executive Program. He is a Computerworld Honors Program Laureate recipient and enjoys attending technology conferences and start-up events to expand his knowledge of disruptive business and technology trends.

James E. Glassman

As managing director with JPMorgan Chase and head economist for Chase Commercial Banking, James Glassman provides market insights to help clients better understand the changing economy and its impact on their business. Mr. Glassman also works closely with the firm’s Corporate Sector, including the Chief Investment Office and Investor Relations, as well as the Investment Bank and Government Relations groups, providing financial analysis and research.

A publisher of independent research on the principal forces shaping the economy and financial markets, Mr. Glassman is regularly cited in the financial media, where he is also a frequent commentator on economic policy issues. Additionally, he is a long-standing participant in the widely-followed Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia Survey of Professional Forecasters and the National Association of Business Economists’ panel of macro-economic forecasters.

From 1979 through 1988, Mr. Glassman served as a senior economist in the Research & Statistics and Monetary Affairs departments at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C. His responsibilities ranged from analysis and forecasting of inflation and labor market developments, to analysis of the Federal Reserve’s operating strategies and interest rate markets, to the development of monetary and reserves projections. He joined Morgan Guaranty in 1988 and then Chemical Bank in 1993, which, through a combination of mergers, became JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Mr. Glassman earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He was awarded a Ph.D. in Economics from Northwestern University.

Robert has provided consultative services to clients which have delivered value in their systems suitability and efficiency. His consultation has covered areas such as process capabilities, validation and verification, maximize efficiencies through proper system identification and placement, all within the scope of customer's limitations and resources.
