AMMEGA Group has announced the appointment of Edward (Ted) Przybylowicz as its new Chief Commercial Officer.
In this role, Ted joins the Group’s Executive Leadership Team and will be responsible for further developing AMMEGA’s product lines and key industry segments with focus on accelerating sustainable growth and advancing commercial excellence across global markets.
Cem Cukurel will continue to be in charge of leading AMMEGA’s global sales as Chief Sales Officer.
Ted brings more than 30 years of international experience in commercial and business leadership. Before joining AMMEGA, he spent over two decades at Hilti, where he held multiple senior leadership positions across sales, marketing, product management, and business development. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Business Unit Head for Power Tools & Accessories, overseeing global operations and driving growth through innovation and customer-centric strategies.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, a Master of Science in Software Development and Management, and an MBA from IMD Business School.
This appointment reflects AMMEGA’s continued focus on strengthening its commercial leadership and accelerating strategic growth in key global markets.
